Sector Rubber Bracelet Watch Retail $2,225Source

The strap is rubber, with rally style tire treads down the band. The dial features a sporty black dial with red and silver dials. Water-resistance is 100 meters (300 ft).The watch is operated with three pushers, and something crown. The red pusher, at 2 o'clock, Sector Rubber Bracelet starts and stops the different timing functions. The polished pusher at 4 o'clock, is for resetting the timers. The crown can be used to set the time. And the big pusher, at 9 o'clock, switches between the different rally timer modes Time, Race, Replay, T.time, Ctdown, and Chrono.
The ability to switch between different race timing modes, mechanically, is certainly rare. This specific version is made for rally racing, however it would definitely be cool to see this type of selector function on chronographs for other sports too. At Baselworld 2010, I had an opportunity to view the brand new Zenith El Primero Striking 10th timepiece, in gold. Recently Zenith has gotten away from their core, that is more traditional timepieces. Underneath the direction of their new CEO, Citizen BL9003-51A Men's watch Jean- Dufour, they are getting back to basics. And this, of course, includes their famous EL Primero movement. Here are many photos of the new El Primero collection, using the cool Striking 10th feature (shown in gold) and also the new El Primero Sage (shown in stainless). Retail TBDSource: Zenith
